We hope you love your purchase but if there's a problem then we are happy to refund you. We use Royal Mail for our returns and we cover the cost so you don't have to pay a penny.
When can you get a refund?
You can return anything, other than a bespoke piece, as long as it is unworn and undamaged, and returned with its original packaging. You need to send us your returned item within 15 days of your original order.
If you have purchased a bespoke piece we can only offer you a refund it is not as described on the website, or where the craftsmanship is not of the expected standard.
How do you get a refund?
1. Notify The Glass Pineapple on email@example.com that you are requesting a refund.
2. Fill out the returns form you received with your purchase and enclose it with the item.
3. Send the item back to the Returns Address on the delivery note within 15 days of receiving your original order, with the original packaging. Please make sure you get proof of postage. Our returns are FREE so you won't be charged.
4. It can take up to 10 days for your return to be received and we will do our best to process your refund within one day as soon as we have it.
